Lebanon, Tennessee is a city located in Wilson County, roughly 30 miles east of Nashville. As of 2020, the population of Lebanon was estimated to be around 32,000 people. The city is situated on the Highland Rim and is surrounded by rolling hills and lush forests. The climate in Lebanon is temperate with hot summers and mild winters.

The city has a rich history that dates back to the early 19th century when it was founded as an agricultural community by local farmers who were later joined by merchants and craftsmen. The town grew rapidly in size and importance due to its strategic location at the intersection of two major railroads. During the Civil War, Lebanon served as a major supply center for Confederate troops.

Today, Lebanon’s economy centers around manufacturing and retail businesses such as furniture making, automotive parts production, and textiles.
