Geneva, Alabama is a small town located in the southeastern corner of the state in Houston County. It is situated on the banks of the Choctawhatchee River, where it meets its tributary, Little Choctawhatchee Creek. The town was founded in 1844 and named after Geneva, Switzerland.

The town is known for its rich history and culture.
