Royal, Illinois is a small village in Will County, located about 25 miles southwest of Chicago. It is a quiet, rural town with a population of around 1,500 people. The town was founded in 1835 by settlers from England and Scotland who were looking for a place to call home.

The village of Royal is situated along the Des Plaines River and is surrounded by lush farmland and rolling hills. The town’s main street is lined with quaint shops, restaurants, and cafes. There are two parks in the area which offer residents plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The parks also host several events throughout the year such as concerts and festivals.
