Delta, Utah is a small city located in the western part of the state. The area is known for its rugged beauty and diverse landscapes. The geography of Delta consists of high desert plains, rolling hills, and canyons. The climate in Delta is generally dry with hot summers and cold winters.

The city was founded in 1883 by Mormon pioneers who were sent to settle the area by Brigham Young. The town has since grown to become a hub for agriculture and industry in the region. Farming is an important part of Delta’s economy and many of the farms are still family owned and operated.
