Garyville is a small town located in St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. It is situated on the west bank of the Mississippi River, approximately 30 miles from New Orleans and 25 miles from Baton Rouge. The town was founded in 1806 and has a population of approximately 2,500 people.
