Hailey, Idaho is a small city located in the central part of the state, about 15 miles south of Sun Valley. With a population of just over 8,000 people, Hailey is the largest city in Blaine County and one of the fastest growing cities in Idaho. The city was originally founded in 1879 by miners and settlers looking for gold and silver deposits along the Wood River Valley.

The town itself has a charming downtown area with several shops and restaurants, as well as an old-fashioned movie theater. Hailey is also home to an array of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, camping and skiing at nearby Sun Valley Ski Resort.
