Hugoton, Kansas is a small city situated in the southwestern corner of the state. It has a population of around 4,200 people and is located near the Oklahoma border. The geography of Hugoton is mostly flat with some rolling hills and prairies. The climate is generally mild with hot summers and cold winters.
