Markham, Texas is a small city located in the southern part of the state. The population of Markham is estimated to be around 4,000 people. This small city is situated in an area of rolling hills and lush forests. The climate in Markham is generally mild with temperatures ranging from hot and humid summers to cold and wet winters.

The history of Markham dates back to the early 1800s when settlers began to move into the area and establish farms and businesses.
